Bunny Ain't No Kind of Rider
I chose "Bunny Ain't No Kind of Rider" as a title for my blog entry because I absolutely adore
Russh Magazine,
it is my highlight of two months besides the catch ups with my beautiful friends.
Page 95 of Russh has the most amazing photograph I have seen in the magazine, since Dual Kim's last photo shoot (may she rest in peace). The contrast between the stillness with her pose and on her face, being at peace with the chaos around and the yellow paint that crashes into her elegant pose, is just amazing.
I keep wondering how it was done, the bottom of the paint splash seems to be done with her posing but the paint hitting her head, I think that was photoshopped in. Anyways I love it!
I adored Danielle Top's feature article, born in Queensland herself, I feel we could have a deep connection, (I wish) Her article just speaks so much truth about growing up and I really connected with it (well not the alcoholism and drug use) but the loathing of insinuations of any kind, is within my realm of reality.
Maybe one day I could travel being a model and have reckless nights but I think I'll skip out on the making-out with Kate Moss, not my style.
The Stealth Wealth article (by Jess Blanch, Page 52), made so much sense. Basically
"The Less-is-more approach to luxury"
So true, just a touch of wealth not flaunted makes it even more luxurious. The satisfaction you get, when someone notices a single item of clothing you bought from YSL, that hasn't got the label written ridiculously all over it, makes the item even more prestigious. The opening to Blanch's feature article is capturing, and the image on the left helps create the image of the person she describes to the reader.
Absolutely divine, love it.
The high heels from Balenciaga's new range (Page 40), makes me envious of the foot sitting in it. Although it terribly reminds me of that dsgusting YSL shoe, I once saw Agyness Dayne wearing a couple of years ago, it's just more simplistic. Make's me think
-Industrial Stomping-
Don't know why.
Page 41 holds the most beautiful LV cape, it's the ultimate winter statement piece, ah I just couldn't ignore it when I saw it!
The "Trend Report" states Tweed is back, makes me think all those tweed pieces hanging in my closet, may come to good use! My favourite "Trend Report" write up, is
"Stitched up"
The reference to the Stella McCartney range will give you a giggle, as the model is smiling. Something you most definitely don't see on most cat walks. (Worth the read)
Last Note: So happy to see more curvy women on the cat walk and the pastel power, I LOVE PASTELS.

Begin
Watching Sex and the City 2 tonight, really made me realise how much I love fashion and the arts. More to it, the fact that one person can write an article in vogue or girlfriend and touch one person's life.
So, I decided to carry on the dream of writing some day for some magazine or online blog.
First off, I'm gonna start from the present.
Right now, I'm listening to Asleep in the Back by Elbow, it's from a fanmix on livejournal that Leyla Gashe the great hooked me onto :) So happy we are hanging out now, I love her positivity and creativity her view on Sandy Cohen's eyebrows amaze me.
I would make this longer but the bathroom light is still on and my face is un-moisturised. I better attend to that.
Night.
